Welcome to the mesmerizing marketing podcast, where we take a deep dive

Speaker:

into the latest marketing trends, tools, and tips, and provide you with

Speaker:

the top resources you need to thrive and make your marketing mesmerized.

Speaker:

And now here's your host dimple.

Speaker:

Dang.

Speaker:

Hello, my mesmerizing marketing tribe.

Speaker:

Today, I'm going to be talking about Tik TOK, which is one of the hottest social

Speaker:

media apps out there for content creators.

Speaker:

And we're going to be talking about how you can create content, what type

Speaker:

of content to create, how you can use.

Speaker:

If you have not gotten on the tick-tock bandwagon yet, now's the time to start

Speaker:

thinking about it and learning it.

Speaker:

And I am going to be launching a real challenge in a couple of weeks as well.

Speaker:

So make sure that you check out the show notes and you get on my email list so that

Speaker:

you can be notified when the challenge.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So step one, when it comes to tech talk is you really have to think

Speaker:

about why you want to create a Tik TOK account and why you want to

Speaker:

create content on that account.

Speaker:

Ask yourself, first of all, what is your purpose and what is your end goal?

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

Because before you even start something, you want to have a goal.

Speaker:

You want to know what your purpose is.

Speaker:

Are you just trying to grow your brand?

Speaker:

Are you also trying to get more new clients and are you trying to grow the

Speaker:

revenue of your business more than likely everyone wants to grow the revenue?

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And if you can grow your brand along with that, that's great.

Speaker:

So I think that's what I'm going to focus on and also.

Speaker:

You know, if you have a product or service that you want to sell, or maybe

Speaker:

you have a podcast or show that you want to promote, or maybe you have a

Speaker:

consultation that you give that you want to get more appointments for whatever

Speaker:

it is, write those things down because that's going to be your end goal.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Now before we take a deep dive into developing a Tik TOK

Speaker:

content marketing strategy.

Speaker:

The one of the most important things is to really know your niche and pick a niche.

Speaker:

Like don't try to get on Tik TOK and do random dances and do something

Speaker:

really broad because what's going to happen is it's really not going to

Speaker:

work that well, the more targeted you can be with your audience, the more

Speaker:

niche you can be, the more loyal.

Speaker:

Those fans and followers are going to be.

Speaker:

And the more they're going to appreciate your content, because when

Speaker:

you create content, it's almost going to feel to them as if you're creating

Speaker:

that content specifically for them.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And that's what you want to do.

Speaker:

So identify your niche.

Speaker:

So for example, if you are a lawyer and you have many different practice

Speaker:

areas, don't try to put all of your practice areas on one, take toxic.

Speaker:

Focus on one aspect.

Speaker:

So for example, let's say that you do criminal law, you do, family

Speaker:

law and you do immigration law.

Speaker:

And if you do want to generate leads for all three, you could potentially

Speaker:

have three different take talk accounts, but to start with do,

Speaker:

you're not going to start with three, you're going to take baby steps.

Speaker:

You're going to start with one account and you're going to learn how to mask.

Speaker:

Creating content for tick talk.

Speaker:

You're going to learn how to grow your audience.

Speaker:

And you're going to learn how to take that audience and convert them

Speaker:

and from fans into followers and to people that send you referrals, right?

Speaker:

And it doesn't matter what type of business you're in

Speaker:

or what industry you're in.

Speaker:

You could be in home improvement.

Speaker:

You could be a business coach.

Speaker:

You could be a marketing strategist, you could be an author.

Speaker:

It doesn't matter.

Speaker:

The concepts that I'm going to talk about in this episode.

Speaker:

They all apply.

Speaker:

You just have to take the concepts that I'm going to tell you, and

Speaker:

you need to write down a plan.

Speaker:

That's going to work for you.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So step one, figure out what your end purpose is.

Speaker:

So step one, figure out what your purpose is and figure out

Speaker:

your end goal and your niche.

Speaker:

That's going to be instrumental in the success of your account.

Speaker:

So once you have done that, You also want to think about what kind

Speaker:

of account that you want to create.

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

So if you want to create an account, that's a business account.

Speaker:

You're not going to get the detailed analytics that

Speaker:

come with a creator account.

Speaker:

So you have to keep that in mind because there are differences, on platforms

Speaker:

like take doc and even Instagram.

Speaker:

Between having a business account and having a creator account.

Speaker:

And usually with the creator account, you get to actually try out some

Speaker:

of the newer features early on.

Speaker:

So in my opinion or creator account is, usually beneficial because you

Speaker:

get access sometimes to more music, to more sounds, to more features,

Speaker:

to more beta testing that they're doing, and the best part about it.

Speaker:

As you get analytics and.

Speaker:

You know, analytics are really key because you want to know if you're

Speaker:

heading in the right direction.

Speaker:

And if you should continue to do what you're doing, or if you need

Speaker:

to take a breath and you need to pivot and go a different direction.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So now that you have developed your niche, what you want to do is you want

Speaker:

to determine who your audience is.

Speaker:

You want to take out a piece of paper and you want to be very

Speaker:

clear on who your audience is.

Speaker:

And this is important, not just for tick-tock, but this is important.

Speaker:

For any marketing campaign that you're going to be starting and setting up.

Speaker:

If you skip the step of determining your audience, your

Speaker:

campaigns are going to fail.

Speaker:

Whether they're paid campaigns, whether they're organic campaigns.

Speaker:

So, you know, your audience, the best you have to start

Speaker:

thinking about who are they?

Speaker:

How old are they?

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

what age range are they in?

Speaker:

Are they primarily male?

Speaker:

Female?

Speaker:

Are they a mixture?

Speaker:

Where are they located?

Speaker:

Are they located within a particular city?

Speaker:

Are they located within a, region or all the, all over the United States

Speaker:

are, maybe they're all over the world.

Speaker:

Well, you need to identify that.

Speaker:

And when it comes to your audience, you also need to identify what they

Speaker:

like to do in their spare time.

Speaker:

You have to think about.

Speaker:

What their interests are, what is it that they enjoy?

Speaker:

Because if you can identify what their interests are, you can custom

Speaker:

create content that is tailored.

Speaker:

That's going to speak directly to that person.

Speaker:

And when you create content that is custom tailored to speak directly

Speaker:

to that particular audience, then that audience is going to turn

Speaker:

into a loyal fan and follower.

Speaker:

And that is something that should be an objective.

Speaker:

In terms of any campaign that you're doing, organically is you want

Speaker:

to turn people into loyal fans and followers, because those are the

Speaker:

people that will spend money with you.

Speaker:

Those are the people that will become raving fans and tell.

Speaker:

10 other people about how amazing you are, how amazing your company is about

Speaker:

how you know, amazing, your services are of how you installed something.

Speaker:

And he did a great job of how you help them win their case in court.

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

It can be anything, but you get the concept.

Speaker:

All right, now that you have.

Speaker:

Determined your niche, you have determined your purpose and your end goal.

Speaker:

And you've also determined who your audiences, the next thing you have

Speaker:

to do is you have to do your recent.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So for this part, you want to go grab a piece of pen and paper, or

Speaker:

you want to pause this for a second and come right back are, you can

Speaker:

listen to it over and over again.

Speaker:

And you know, you can get all the concepts down and you can write it down, So the

Speaker:

next logical step is to do your research.

Speaker:

And one of the platforms that I like to use to do my research outside of

Speaker:

Tech-Talk is called answer the public.

Speaker:

It's a website.

Speaker:

So basically you would just go to Google you type in w w

Speaker:

w dot answer the public.com.

Speaker:

And I will link it in the show notes for you guys to make sure

Speaker:

you check out the show notes.

Speaker:

And what you do is you're going to type in a keyword.

Speaker:

And so let's say that you are a home decorator and you decorate homes.

Speaker:

So you can type in the key word home decor, and you can hit enter.

Speaker:

It's going to take a few seconds and then you're going to see a

Speaker:

wheel and the wheel is going to have all of these questions on it.

Speaker:

And these are the questions that people are searching for online.

Speaker:

And it's going to show you these questions in terms of categories of like, how are Y

Speaker:

and it's also going to show you a little circle in green and the darker green color

Speaker:

is going to indicate that that question is more popular if it's in darker green.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So then.

Speaker:

You see this wheel, you start looking at it and you're like,

Speaker:

oh wow, this is fascinating.

Speaker:

Here's the trick too.

Speaker:

So the resource I just, gave you answer the public.com.

Speaker:

It is, a free resource.

Speaker:

If you do two searches a day, you can do them for free.

Speaker:

So that is what I suggest that you do.

Speaker:

If you don't want to do the paid plan, if you want to do more than two free

Speaker:

searches a day, you can do the paid plan.

Speaker:

But I can tell you right now that the free plan will be fine.

Speaker:

As long as you use it, the way I'm going to teach you right now.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So what you're going to see in the top right-hand corner too, is you're

Speaker:

going to see a button that says export.

Speaker:

So what you can do is you can take all these questions and you

Speaker:

can export them to an Excel doc.

Speaker:

And then what I also want you to do is scroll a little bit lower

Speaker:

and you're going to see button somewhere on the left or right.

Speaker:

And it's going to say save image.

Speaker:

So where that circular wheel is with all the questions.

Speaker:

I want you to save that image.

Speaker:

And I want you to compare the questions that you uploaded to the Excel document.

Speaker:

And I want you to put like the image on another screen are

Speaker:

either used, use your phone.

Speaker:

And I want you to actually delete all the questions that you don't

Speaker:

like, that maybe are not as popular.

Speaker:

They're not in the darker green.

Speaker:

And then I want you to make a column that says, take talk topics.

Speaker:

And these are going to be the questions that you're going to

Speaker:

turn into your Tik TOK content.

Speaker:

And.

Speaker:

And then you can even make another column called platforms because when you're

Speaker:

creating content, one of the keys to success is not having to create content

Speaker:

over and over and over again, but it's to create one piece of content and really

Speaker:

learn how to repurpose it in multiple ways so that your content can get the greatest

Speaker:

reach and you can maximize your time.

Speaker:

So affective.

Speaker:

And that's really key because one of the reasons that people are held back

Speaker:

from creating content on platforms like tick-tock and Instagram reels is that

Speaker:

they don't think they have the time to.

Speaker:

And in reality, they have the time to do it.

Speaker:

They just don't know the right way to go about it.

Speaker:

They don't know the system.

Speaker:

So what happens is they get lost and they get frustrated and

Speaker:

then they end up doing nothing.

Speaker:

So if you follow the system that I am laying out for you in this episode, and

Speaker:

if you have to download this episode, say.

Speaker:

And make sure you subscribe to my show, because if you're enjoying

Speaker:

this episode, there's only going to be so many great episodes, more

Speaker:

that you're going to enjoy as well.

Speaker:

And you're going to learn so much and it's all for free.

Speaker:

all right.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

You can look at the spreadsheet and you can also create another

Speaker:

column that can say status.

Speaker:

And then the status column you can say video created, you can say in production,

Speaker:

you can say, needs to be edited.

Speaker:

You can say, ready to post, and then you can make another column with the date.

Speaker:

And you can indicate which date that you are going to be publishing

Speaker:

and posting this particular.

Speaker:

And then you can make another column that says notes.

Speaker:

So you can put some detailed notes.

Speaker:

If you need to, that's going to help remind you of something,

Speaker:

or it's going to give more maybe bullet points of what you want to

Speaker:

talk about pertaining to the topic.

Speaker:

So in the notes section, it's literally just for you so you

Speaker:

can put whatever you want.

Speaker:

They are, that will help you.

Speaker:

And what I gave you guys right now, this is gold.

Speaker:

So if you.

Speaker:

Basically do two searches a day on answer the public and you get

Speaker:

all of these questions, right?

Speaker:

Even if you get like five questions from each search that you do that

Speaker:

you like, if you do this for the next, two weeks, you're going to

Speaker:

have your entire content marketing strategy done for the next 90 days.

Speaker:

And you know, that's amazing because then all you have to

Speaker:

do is just follow the plan.

Speaker:

So I hope you enjoyed the tip that it just throughout.

Speaker:

If you did, please leave me a five server view.

Speaker:

I would be extremely grateful and share this episode with your friends

Speaker:

who might also enjoy this topic.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So we talked about doing your research.

Speaker:

So step one, research, answer the public, come up with topics, right?

Speaker:

And then the other thing that you want to do is you actually

Speaker:

want to get on the take.

Speaker:

And you want to research your competition and you also want

Speaker:

to research the, for you page.

Speaker:

So how do you research your competition is you can search by hashtags and

Speaker:

you can see who's creating content for the same hashtags that you

Speaker:

would be creating content for.

Speaker:

And then what I want you to do is I want you to identify a couple of

Speaker:

counts that are doing it really well.

Speaker:

They have trending videos.

Speaker:

They have trending content.

Speaker:

They have a lot of reach and that I want you to save those accounts

Speaker:

and profiles and you can even save particular reels and you can download.

Speaker:

And I want you to study this first.

Speaker:

I don't want you to just jump into creating content.

Speaker:

I want you to spend some time and take a week and study your competition

Speaker:

because this is another thing.

Speaker:

People don't do any research they don't come up with a strategic plan

Speaker:

and they just jump into like creating content and reels and then it flops.

Speaker:

It doesn't work and they wonder.

Speaker:

Because you're not doing your homework.

Speaker:

You're not putting in the time to study your competition because

Speaker:

your competition is ahead of you because they've already done it.

Speaker:

And they've already tested.

Speaker:

They've already failed.

Speaker:

They've already learned from those failures.

Speaker:

So why not take that and use it to your advantage, right?

Speaker:

Instead of.

Speaker:

Re-inventing the wheel from scratch.

Speaker:

You don't need to reinvent the wheel from scratch.

Speaker:

You just need to follow a system and you need to customize everything

Speaker:

for you and for your audience and for your topics and for your niche.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So then the other thing that I want you guys to do is that.

Speaker:

There are some apps that I'm going to share with you guys that are really

Speaker:

useful when it comes to TechTalk and you can write these down and you can see if

Speaker:

any of these would be beneficial to you.

Speaker:

so one of the apps that are really like is called trend talk analytics.

Speaker:

And this app is amazing because it uses artificial intelligence

Speaker:

to find and identify new trends.

Speaker:

And if you're not familiar, Tik TOK is all about trends and Tik

Speaker:

TOK has been based off of trends.

Speaker:

It's been based off of trending music.

Speaker:

It's been based off of trending dances, all of those things, right?

Speaker:

And so this app will use AI to identify new trends.

Speaker:

And then it also will help predict which sounds and music may end up going viral

Speaker:

because if you can catch on to music early on before it's like fully viral.

Speaker:

That's even better because then you're not competing with like millions of other

Speaker:

reels, but you are positioned to be one of the people that get on the, for you page

Speaker:

early on, and then more and more people end up seeing your reel in your car.

Speaker:

And then it also allows you to research trending hashtags and

Speaker:

hashtags are really important as well.

Speaker:

And on take talk, you don't want to use too many hashtags and you

Speaker:

are also limited on, content.

Speaker:

So be very strategic, you know, don't keyword stuff and put a ton

Speaker:

of hashtags, but try to like pick three or four and stick to that.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

And then.

Speaker:

It also allows you to search and track viral trends.

Speaker:

And then this is again, research you're researching.

Speaker:

What's actually out there that's working right now and then you're creating content

Speaker:

based off of what's actually working.

Speaker:

You're not just creating content and saying, okay, well, you know,

Speaker:

I'm just going to see what happens.

Speaker:

You can do that, but why would you miss out on the opportunity

Speaker:

for your content to go by.

Speaker:

So do your research.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So some other useful apps are.

Speaker:

Take safe and save talk.

Speaker:

So what take save.

Speaker:

It allows you to save your reels and repost your reels and videos,

Speaker:

and also removes a watermark.

Speaker:

And you can even extract audio only files if you want.

Speaker:

And then save, talk is very similar.

Speaker:

It removes the watermark.

Speaker:

It saves your tick talks with no water.

Speaker:

It also saves profiles.

Speaker:

And then with this one, you can also create and share playlists and

Speaker:

you're able to view stats as well.

Speaker:

So, you know, these are very useful tools because if you're going to create

Speaker:

content for TechTalk, you can repurpose that same content for Instagram reels,

Speaker:

but, and even now Facebook has real.

Speaker:

But the thing is, Instagram doesn't like take Tom Brandy.

Speaker:

On their platform because it's Instagram, right.

Speaker:

And their competitors in a way.

Speaker:

So what you want to do is you want to use to save or save, talk, and you

Speaker:

want to remove the watermark and you want to have a clean, fresh video,

Speaker:

and you want to start with that.

Speaker:

And that's what you want to.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

So then I want to share, two apps that I really like personally for editing.

Speaker:

So one of them is splice and you can find it on the, apple app store.

Speaker:

And then the other one is spark camera.

Speaker:

Spark camera was actually voted the number one blogging, , app I

Speaker:

think one or two years back.

Speaker:

And then the other thing about spark camera, it's super easy to use.

Speaker:

And I think that's important because some of these.

Speaker:

They're great, but they're just complicated.

Speaker:

There's too many buttons.

Speaker:

There's too many things going on.

Speaker:

As far camera has the most amazing filters.

Speaker:

It's got 30 different, more than 30 filters and they're named after every

Speaker:

destination in the world like Dubai and Thailand and London and, and

Speaker:

their filters are seriously amazing.

Speaker:

They make your reels look amazing.

Speaker:

Like if you already are, creating reels and you're using a ring light

Speaker:

and you're using, high quality recording and all that, they're going

Speaker:

to look good, but you can take them from good to looking like fucking.

Speaker:

Alright.

Speaker:

So the next thing that you want to do is you need to determine what kind of

Speaker:

content that you're going to create.

Speaker:

So by this, I don't mean the topics cause we already talked

Speaker:

about what type of topics.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

But now what I want to talk about is, you know, are you going to take those topics

Speaker:

and are you going to make them funny?

Speaker:

Are you going to make them educational?

Speaker:

Are you going to be giving, maybe three pointers and three tips from every topic.

Speaker:

So you need to develop a style of how you're going to deliver this content.

Speaker:

And one of the things that's been working really well on take talk

Speaker:

is something called edutainment and edutainment is basically entertained.

Speaker:

Right and education in one.

Speaker:

So you want to entertain your audience and you want to educate them.

Speaker:

And there was a time when people thought, well, tick talk, it's just for, you know,

Speaker:

teenagers and it's all about dancing.

Speaker:

And I have to tell you, take talk has come a long way.

Speaker:

And the past couple of months, and you will see that there are

Speaker:

so many professionals on there.

Speaker:

Now there's so many business owners.

Speaker:

There's so many lawyers and doctors and holistic doctors and chiropractors

Speaker:

and authors and thought leaders.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

It's one of the platforms that you really can benefit from being on.

Speaker:

If you learn how to utilize it the right way.

Speaker:

So when it comes to content, the other thing that you can do is if you are,

Speaker:

confused about one type of content is, go look at the discover page and

Speaker:

tap on the magnifying glass and see.

Speaker:

What type of content, people are already posting that's relevant to your niche.

Speaker:

And again, you know, I'm just repeating what I said earlier.

Speaker:

It goes back to like, that's part of like the, you know,

Speaker:

the research process and phase.

Speaker:

So the other thing about Tik TOK is you have to determine if you're going to

Speaker:

post content that's based off of trends.

Speaker:

Are, is it more evergreen content, right?

Speaker:

And trends are good, but you don't want to do a hundred percent trends.

Speaker:

You want to have some content that's going to be sustainable because the thing

Speaker:

about trends is once that trend is over, you may not be getting much traffic to

Speaker:

that particular real and on Tik TOK, sometimes even reels can be rediscovered

Speaker:

down the road, see, want to do a mixture.

Speaker:

So I would say.

Speaker:

You know, focus on, on trends in terms of trending music and trending sounds.

Speaker:

And if a trend is applicable and it resonates with you and your audience.

Speaker:

Yeah, definitely.

Speaker:

You can jump on that as well.

Speaker:

The other thing that you guys want to make sure you're doing is you want to

Speaker:

research the appropriate hashtags to use that are relevant to your niche for two.

Speaker:

So you want to research the hashtags and when you're doing this, what you should be

Speaker:

looking for is you want to find hashtags that are relevant to your audience.

Speaker:

And they have between 300,000 to 2 million views.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Because if you pick hashtags that have more than 2 million views, what's

Speaker:

gonna happen is that your content is just going to be like, Because

Speaker:

there's no way it's going to be found it's way, way too competitive.

Speaker:

So the other thing you want to also determine is when you're going to be

Speaker:

creating the content and for content creation, I like to say that you should

Speaker:

batch your content throughout the week.

Speaker:

So what that means is I want you to pick one day a week

Speaker:

where you're going to commit.

Speaker:

Producing content producing videos and put it on your calendar.

Speaker:

Do not cancel it.

Speaker:

You know, you wouldn't cancel a meeting with a potential client that

Speaker:

treat this just as that a meeting with a potential client and allocate

Speaker:

an hour and a half even once a week.

Speaker:

That's all you need.

Speaker:

And in order for this hour and a half to be effective, you want to make

Speaker:

sure, like, if you're a female, that your hair is done, your makeup's done.

Speaker:

You have two or three different outfits that you can change into, or, you know, a

Speaker:

different top, whatever it happens to be.

Speaker:

And then also the other thing is when you're recording, A particular real

Speaker:

for one concept, you can record it three or four times and you will know.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

I think I nailed it.

Speaker:

One of these is going to be good, but I'm going to tell you right now, do

Speaker:

not stop to watch every single one.

Speaker:

Save it in your drafts on tech talk and watch it later that evening.

Speaker:

But if you, if you like, look at everything that you recorded.

Speaker:

What's going to happen is it's going to slow down the whole production.

Speaker:

It's going to take you twice as long, maybe even three times as long.

Speaker:

So just save everything.

Speaker:

And for each tick, tock that you want to produce, just film it three to five

Speaker:

times until you think like, okay, think I have one in there that I'm going to love.

Speaker:

And I promise you, you will have one in there.

Speaker:

That's going to be good enough because I've done this so many times.

Speaker:

And if you recall.

Speaker:

Five of them for the same concept.

Speaker:

There's going to be one that's good enough.

Speaker:

And it does not have to be perfect.

Speaker:

So stop being a perfectionist because we all are, but it doesn't help you.

Speaker:

It just puts you in the zone of being frozen, where nothing gets done.

Speaker:

And then you're going to be the one who's losing out because other people are still

Speaker:

going to be creating content while you're just trying to perfect your content.

Speaker:

So stop it.

Speaker:

You guys.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

I just had to wrap.

Speaker:

Okay,

Speaker:

so the next thing is, okay, you have your content.

Speaker:

And I also suggest that if you do download it from Tech-Talk, using

Speaker:

one of the apps, you can make folders on your phone and you can keep

Speaker:

everything really organized, but then you also need to figure out.

Speaker:

What is the optimal time to post your content on tech talk?

Speaker:

When are you going to post it?

Speaker:

And I will say that, I mean, I've done my research and it's usually

Speaker:

like for me, I'm in the central time zone 8:00 PM central to 8:30 PM.

Speaker:

Central has worked really well, but what's cool is if you do have a creator

Speaker:

account, you're going to be able to look at your tick-tock analytics.

Speaker:

And it's going to tell you.

Speaker:

When your followers are usually online during, the weekday and the weekends,

Speaker:

and if you want your real to take off, you probably want to post it when they're on.

Speaker:

And that's probably going to be in the morning.

Speaker:

That's going to be, when people get off work, that's going to

Speaker:

be right before they go to bed.

Speaker:

And I think the right before they go to bed, I think that's a really popular time

Speaker:

because some people are very busy during the day that they don't have that much

Speaker:

time to go on social media or, you know, and they're in meetings back to back.

Speaker:

So usually when they're looking at take talks, they're looking at the.

Speaker:

After they've had dinner, they're winding down.

Speaker:

Maybe they're just relaxing in bed before they're gonna, you know, fall asleep.

Speaker:

They're checking, what their friends have enough to on

Speaker:

social media, things like that.

Speaker:

That's why I say 8:00 PM.

Speaker:

Central 8:30 PM.

Speaker:

Central.

Speaker:

That's always a good.

Speaker:

And of course, to a, depending on what country you're in, that's going to vary.

Speaker:

So I think, again, it goes back to looking at your analytics and kind

Speaker:

of determining what works best for.

Speaker:

So the other thing that's really important on Tik TOK or sounds because they are

Speaker:

basing everything off of sounds and music.

Speaker:

So even if you're making a tech talk where you are talking.

Speaker:

Like I said, you want to use some of the apps that I gave you guys and you

Speaker:

want to add music that's trending and you can turn the volume to really like.

Speaker:

But what's going to happen is it's going to help your tech talk be discovered

Speaker:

on the page for that sound, because even trending sounds, have a page

Speaker:

where it's going to show everyone's tech talk that used that sound.

Speaker:

And so that's another hack on getting more exposure for your.

Speaker:

so I hope you guys found this helpful.

Speaker:

I hope it's inspired you to sit down and come up with a strategy

Speaker:

for tick-tock do your research And go ahead and create content.

Speaker:

And if you have an account that you haven't used for a while, and you

Speaker:

don't really have a lot of followers on it, you might just want to start

Speaker:

a fresh account from scratch, and then you want to make it super niche

Speaker:

and you want to keep it focused on the topic that you want to be known.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And that's going to work better than if you had an old account and you were

Speaker:

just testing it out back in the day, and you were just doing all different types

Speaker:

of tick talks, but there was no rhyme and reason, and there was no purpose

Speaker:

because remember having that purpose and having a strategy for everything

Speaker:

that you do for 2022 and having a strategy for your marketing, that is

Speaker:

what's going to make the difference.

Speaker:

Of having a successful 20, 22.

Speaker:

And I can tell you right now, I did a real challenge a couple of months ago.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And I had a bunch of lawyers that were in it, and I will tell you

Speaker:

that a lot of them got clients from the content that they created.

Speaker:

And a lot of them, their tick talks and their Instagram reels also went viral.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And I think that sometimes it was the reels and the tick talks that

Speaker:

they thought, oh, I should redo this.

Speaker:

I almost tripped or this, I don't know.

Speaker:

I messed up on this.

Speaker:

It's the ones that you think are not going to go viral that

Speaker:

actually ended up going viral.

Speaker:

So don't overthink it and just be willing to.

Speaker:

Test it out.

Speaker:

See what works, create content, have fun with it too.

Speaker:

You guys, I mean, creating content and being a content

Speaker:

creator is all about having fun.

Speaker:

And so don't be afraid to show a bit of your personality because people

Speaker:

are going to be attracted to you for who you are, and they're going to be

Speaker:

attracted to you for your personality.

Speaker:

And if you like to dance, yeah.

Speaker:

Go for a dance.

Speaker:

And if you don't like to dance, I would say you don't have to, because

Speaker:

tick talk is way beyond just dancing.

Speaker:

Now do the dancing videos get like more visibility?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Because people like to see movement in the videos.

Speaker:

So another thing is, if you're going to be doing tick talks, you

Speaker:

want to have movement right away.

Speaker:

You want to make sure that you edit your video really well.

Speaker:

And you chop off the beginning part of your day.

Speaker:

Walking to your ring light.

Speaker:

If you don't have one of those remote controls you should be using

Speaker:

and you want to chop that part off.

Speaker:

So just be really, really dialed in to producing content that you know is

Speaker:

very concise because would take talk.

Speaker:

What matters is, did people watch that tick talk all the way through.

Speaker:

And if they did, did they also watch it over and over again?

Speaker:

And if you can get people to watch your content over and over again for

Speaker:

the same take talk, that's also going to help your tick-tock go viral.

Speaker:

I think I'm going to start doing more podcasts on TechTalk and.

Speaker:
